I’ve known Syndey… well… really since before she was born!  I think I took my first photo of her when she was about 9 months old.  Her mom, Caroline is the one I work on beach towels with.

Sydney faces a lot of challenges.  She is blind and autistic.  I know, quite a combo.  But ever since she was little, I’ve been impressed with her.  This girl is silly and she can SANG!  She’s always had perfect pitch.

It’s through photographing Sydney I’ve learned how important photos are, especially for parents of kids with special needs.  It’s rare that these parents get great photos of their children.  I especially love being able to give these families beautiful images of their children.
