Vintage Goodness!- Santa Barbara Courthouse Wedding

With the recent opening of The Great Gatsby, and all of it’s beautiful style and glamour, I was reminded of one of my favorite weddings I photographed late last year.  And then I realized, I never blogged it in its entirety!  Shame on me!

It’s no shock that I love all things vintage.  I love the style of the different periods and I love the architecture.  This wedding had all of that!  Chloe and Lorne tied the knot at the beautiful Santa Barbara Courthouse.  I had never been there, and was blown away by this place.  The architecture is amazing and reminded me a lot of my trip to Spain last year.

Lorne was so clam as he waited for his bride to arrive.

He and Chloe were doing the long distance thing for a while, he in Toronto and she in Los Angeles.  I love how his cuff links symbolized that.

As soon as the bride and her entourage arrived, it was time to start!

Chloe was absolutely radiant!

And Lorne couldn’t be more excited to see her.

Isn’t this room awesome?

I love the joy of these two as they exited the courtroom.

Adorable!  I just had a hay day with these two at this place!  Gorgeousness upon gorgeousness!

I mean, stop it!

Chloe is so photogenic, I couldn’t help but keep taking photos of her.  My camera loved her!

The two were whisked away in a vintage Bentley.  Nice ride!

Chloe is a librarian so the book theme was perfect!

Lorne LOVES honey, so these little honeys from “Romance Honey Co.” were a perfect gift for their guests.  And each of the bridesmaids wore a custom necklace with a passage from a book.

Love the special touch of using Chloe’s parents cake topper.

You two are adorable!  I hope life in Toronto is great!
