Lauren and Jason have known each other since high school. Crazy, right? I mean how often do you hear about high school sweethearts getting married these days?
Well these two are and they are just a blast. Lauren works in the entertainment industry. Jason is a scientist. Their occupations couldn’t be more different. But one thing they both love to do is travel. They try to get out of the country every six months or so. I LOVE that! So we did a little tour around LA for their engagement photos.
We started at Union Station, a place that is near and dear to my heart. The coming and going of travelers is so exciting and romantic! We took a walk through Olvera Street on our way to Philipe’s for a snack, then headed to the LA Arboretum, where Jason proceeded to tell us the names of all of the birds we saw. I’ll admit…. I was quizzing him on the names of all the plant. He knew a lot of them, but did have some help since every plant and tree has a name plate on it.
I’m really looking forward to their wedding at the Santa Barbara Courthouse in December!
